slowly but surely

Well Its coming off slow but its still coming off...
1 more pound this week. 13 more to go.

Hey one of my profs told me today that I'm getting skinny!

    Don't get discouraged with one pound...those last few are the hardest to get off! I am proud of you. Keep at it!
