Wow! That is absolutely amazing. I cannot believe the progress. I am so very proud of you and cannot wait till you hit your target. I can't wait to see you again! This should be a huge encouragement to everyone. I know that it has been hard for Jacob to figure out how to stay consistent with his food diary, so maybe you could share exactly what you are doing and how you are maintaining all of it. Thank you so very much for your progress report!
Joy that is incredible! You are doing so good...and we are so proud of you. I know it takes a lot of effort and self-discipline to get where you are. I know you can keep it up!

ReplyDeleteI am not doing a well. The older you get the hard it is to get your weight off. So, everyone needs to get it off NOW!
