Excerise! What is That?

Well, praise the Lord. I excerised today. Thanks to my husband. My body almost forgot what that was. OK, guys....if I can do it 52 lbs. overweight and at 52, what is your excuse????

  2. Way to go Janet!!! Keep it up. Remember, just pump yourself up enough to get those jogging shoes on and the rest isn't that bad=) I made myself get out and go walking today and my attitude is MUCH better because of it. I'm so proud of you!

  3. Way to go mom! I'm playing basketball every Monday and Thursday morning at 7:00. My goal is to get into the habit of going to the gym every morning at 7:00.
