i lost 1 pound this week. Not great but still one more pound off. It was not a very good week so i'm honestly kinda surprised I even lost a pound. 14 more to go!

I don't know how to post a post so I will just post a comment. Joy looks amazing...but I think has has always looked amazing. I am so very proud of her.
I am not doing a well. The older you get the hard it is to get your weight off. So, everyone needs to get it off NOW!
I have lost a total of 15 pounds and 11 inches.

Not doing so well? Mom really? You have been on this diet half the time I have and you have lost the exact same amount as me! Thats incredible. You look so good and I'm so proud of you...
